The Art of Teaching: Ready for the next step in your Yoga Nidra facilitation?

Kamini will take you into a journey of not just teaching, but an understanding of how to hone your skills, your heart and your words to masterfully lead lectures and workshops. Based on her own experience, she will share with you her insights and exercises to take you more fully into embodying presence, managing classroom dynamics, understanding how people learn, mastering the teaching arc and more.

You will receive specially-created teaching outlines to help you deliver dynamic classroom teaching as part of evening, day or weekend workshops. Under guided supervision, we’ll be using these teaching outlines to help you hone your presence and delivery skills so that you can leave empowered and inspired to take others deeper into the understanding of I AM Yoga Nidra.
