Rewrite Stress with Yoga Nidra
For Beginners and Experienced Practitioners

This audio course introduces you to the mental habits that perpetuate stress and anxiety. Each 1-5 minute talk is followed by a guided I AM Yoga Nidra experience designed to redirect and rewrite these tendencies through affirmations, intentions and specific yoga nidra techniques that profoundly shift mental habits and build your resilience to stress. The course is 9 modules in total, with each module lasting at total of 18-21 minutes.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that initiates profound shifts through its restorative and meditative benefits. While regenerating your body, it helps you create a different relationship with the mind that creates stress and exhaustion.

In this course you will journey into the body to optimally rejuvenate and restore body and mind through a total internalization of attention. You will learn techniques to redirect and ground the anxious mind and interrupt the momentum of stress both in practice and throughout your day.

This course will:

• Help you navigate your day with great mental and emotional balance
• Allow you to power through your day with greater ease
• Increase your mental and emotional resilience in times of stress
• Increase self-awareness
• Promote rest and rejuvenation
• Support stronger vagal tone and your ability to withstand the demands of life


Content is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.It is a great way to begin a Yoga Nidra or meditation practice, break old patterns and easily start yourself on a new regimen self-care.

If you are an experienced meditator, this course is excellent for building spiritual principles into your personal practice. You will receive many insights and techniques that will support big shifts in your life

Kamini Desai, PhD is the Director of I AM Education, author of Yoga Nidra: The Art of Transformational Sleep , and developer of the I AM Yoga Nidra app. She is considered an authority in Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy and artful living. Her practical and accessible teaching style has been welcomed worldwide and her corporate clients have included Bahamas Princess Resorts, Kellogg’s, KEDS, SONY, and Mars Confectionary among others. Kamini the daughter of one of the original yoga masters to pioneer yoga practice in the west in the 1960s. She is an E-RYT 500 and an 800hr Accredited Yoga Therapist through the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).
